This is the 2,000th Time We’ll #GoUnderground

While preparing the weekend’s content, I noticed something: our article total was rapidly approaching a new millennium
There’s no Y2K bug to worry about, though (not that there ever really was). Instead, I just want to take a minute to look back on the journey since we started as a small, but plucky regional blog in eastern Pennsylvania back in 2016.
We’ve gone through a lot of changes since then. For one thing, we’re now based out of Nashville (which we may have mentioned before). For another, the music we feature now covers a much broader scope than it did back then, in terms of both geography and genre. Through it all, our mission has been to meaningfully highlight the people creating art, every day. Whether by giving you something to read, watch, or listen to, I hope that we’ve done that in one way or another.
We look forward to doing it 2,000 more times. And then, 2,000 more after that. Speaking personally, this is very much ingrained in my daily life, and I look forward to seeing this platform grow in Nashville and beyond as we continue to learn all about our sorta-new digs.
No matter when you joined us on this journey, we thank you for doing so. And, we encourage you to keep your eyes open. We’ve been doing this a while, but I promise that we’re just getting started.
Yours in Music,
Gerard Longo
