The Quinn’s Daily Spinn: July 31, 2019

Let’s end July by taking a trip back up to Pennsylvania, to one of the most versatile and inventive musicians I’ve ever had the opportunity to meet.

Josh Klein is a true artist of numerous projects and many instrumental talents. He is a music educator and lifelong student of his craft, known regionally for his performances with martial arts-themed tribal funk band Funk Norris, as well as his use of looping technology and his own improvisational wit to provide every single instrument himself as the Hairy Dudini. For sure, Josh is one of the real ones, and a nice guy to boot. It’s a true joy to watch the gears turn as he performs.

Frankly, it’s about time we shine some light and let some of the newer members of our audience know about Josh. So, enjoy one of our Dudini favorites — “Dear Linda,” from 2017’s Vol. 1 — as today’s Daily Spinn.
