Why crack that beer open, when you have the buzz of love to keep you warm?

Just ask country artist Joseph Gallant. The Maine native — who has shared stages with the likes of Jake Owen, Josh Turner, and many more of country’s stars — just released a new single about a love that is intoxicating in all the right ways.

The single, titled “Better Buzz,” was produced by fellow musician Cole Phillips. Gallant’s easygoing vocal is well-suited to the melody, which features a memorable hook that indeed feels like the spiritual awakening often brought on by new love. On the production side, a layered instrumental approach captures the essence of traditional country, while simultaneously delivering the spacious, larger-than-life sensibility of arena rock.
