Back in February, we told you about Brandon Bors‘ emotion-packed EP, Leave Me the Way You’ve Found Me. Prior to that — back in 2017, to be exact — we first heard today’s Daily Spinn.

“Blush” is an incredibly poignant, anguished ballad — one that tells the tale of a relationship that, despite its participants’ best efforts, has clearly run its course. This tension is properly expressed both in Bors’ voice and guitar, with the latter’s work alternating between pensive and powerful, as if to prepare for the storm up ahead.
