PHOTOS: Kelsey Waldon at The Station Inn

Walking into Nashville’s historic Station Inn is like taking a trip into history. The wood-paneled walls of the world famous listening room are lined with memorabilia in homage to country music’s formative years. All the while, the venue has never strayed from its tradition of hosting some of the best Americana acts the world has to offer.
So, it’s perfectly natural that Kelsey Waldon felt right at home when she came through on tour this past Friday night.
Waldon — who has been on tour since last month in support of her new album, White Noise/White Lines — came back to her home base of Nashville to perform at the historic venue. Drawing from the new record, as well as selections further back in her catalog, the Kentucky native delivered a pair of endearing sets that, true to form, provided an authentic snapshot of life in rural America for the standing-room-only crowd
The tour continues through the south this week, with the next stop at The Pour House in Charleston, SC on Tuesday, November 5. Learn more tour details here, and take a look at Friday night through our lens below.
