On Wednesday night at EXIT/IN, we celebrated women in music and business.

That is the mission of Erin McLendon’s Women on Fire, a showcase at the venue on Nashville’s famous Rock Block featuring an all-female house band (The HellCats), a vendor lineup of female (and female-empowering) entrepreneurs, and a series of featured performers across genres.

On this night, Women on Fire celebrated its one-year anniversary by featuring McLendon alongside country-pop powerhouse Sheridan Gates, the commanding presence of the ever-expressive Mary Moore, the unique and emotionally-charged indie Americana of The Daily Fare, and the bold rockstar edge of Mel Bryant.
