Miller and the Hunks’ ‘Time and Place:’ The Embodiment of American Rock

Nashville-based rockers Miller and the Hunks perfectly embody the American rock sound. I would recommend them to fans of The Killers and Kings of Leon.
From their roots in Columbus, Ohio, the Nashville-based band has come a long way and have the track record to show for it, dating back to their debut, 2015’s Purely Sexual. Their latest single “Time and Place” is yet another gem to add to their shining discography.
The single is a calculated and refined form of pure, loud, raucous energy. “Time and Place” is driven forward by the persistent march of drummer Leo Zayas’ work on the kit, which is reminiscent of Dave Grohl’s work with Queens of the Stone Age. To top it off, the iconic vocal stylings of Colin Miller have a powerfully infectious quality to them. All in all, it’s a triumphant release from a band that works well together. I can’t wait to hear what they come up with next.
